Shanghai Disney Resort
iLuvVivid contributed to several landmark projects with high-performance thematic materials and technical expertise. Highlights include: Use of DOVE Artisan Mortar on the main character facade of the Enchanted Storybook Castle, meeting stricter structural and durability requirements than conventional rockwork. For Tomorrowland’s TRON Lightcycle Power Run, we developed a highly durable, glossy, and tactile coating that conveyed a futuristic look and feel, ultimately adopted by Disney’s designers.

Hong Kong Disneyland
At Hong Kong Disneyland, we supplied specialized artistic coatings, carving, and patching materials to support large-scale themed works on both the Castle of Magical Dreams and the Frozen-themed land, “World of Frozen” . To meet the project’s unique requirements, we developed and refined new materials, while establishing a dedicated production line to guarantee uninterrupted supply during the pandemic. Our scope included epoxy resin, sculpting cement, and artistic coatings, working closely with sculptors to handcraft Arendelle Castle, the village of Arendelle, and surrounding snowy mountains. In addition, we custom-produced more than 400 coating colors, ensuring the façades faithfully reflected the layered hues and natural textures of the animated world.

Abu Dhabi Warner Bros World
As one of the world’s largest indoor theme parks, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi brings its lands “Bedrock” and “Dynamite Gulch” to life with thematic façade materials and craftsmanship supplied by our brand. From Stone Age fun to a cartoony Southwest desert featuring the Road Runner “Fast and Furry-ous” roller coaster, these immersive environments transport guests straight into the world of animation.

At Singapore Zoo’s Reptopia and the iconic Jurong Bird Park, our brand supplied thematic façade materials and technical expertise. By recreating authentic textures and habitats—from exotic reptile environments to vibrant landscapes—we added storytelling depth and immersive atmosphere that elevate guest interaction with nature.

At The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ in Universal Studios Beijing, our thematic façade materials were applied across major settings including Hogwarts Castle, Hogsmeade Village, and the Flight of the Hippogriff™ roller coaster. With stringent requirements for safety, durability, and authenticity, our products ensured reliable performance and fine detailing, helping to faithfully recreate the atmosphere of the Wizarding World and immerse guests in its magical storytelling.
